Summary | The railgun launch of guided projectiles requires an understanding of traditional challenges, such as gun setback survivability, but also phenomena unique to electric launch, such as electromagnetic interference (EMI). This research is focused on understanding the EMI survivability of guided projectile components, such as inertial measurement units (IMU) and control actuation systems (CAS). |
