Summary | Project Talisman is a NAVSEA initiative to develop a Naval Systems Engineering Design Course for Finnish Naval Officers, Engineers, Industry Engineers, and Industry Managers. The courses address to the unique complexities of warship design, construction, and operation. The primary objective is to prepare naval officers and industry personnel to effectively conceive, design, build and manage a major warship program. The emphasis is on integration of complex warfare and HM&E systems that are compatible to meeting complex mission/national objectives. |
