Summary	This proposal is for an initial on-site meeting with the client to discuss the possibility of the NPS OR department developing a decision-support system to assist the Sacramento District Office of the Army Corps of Engineers in determining their out-year capacity to execute projects. Trip will be used to continue discussions that were started telephonically and to view data available for modeling.
