Summary	This proposal will serve the following purposes: (1) to provide faculty with compensation for labor related to advising students who are engaged in CAIG-sponsored thesis research; (2) to fund student expenses for thesis experience tours to CAIG or to CAIG-designated facilities in support of thesis research during CY 2010.
