Summary	ONR sponsored study over a 4-year period to develop an AI-supported proactive decision support system (PDS). The development of the models and algorithms will be the responsibility of UCONN and NJIT, and the experimentation effort to test the PDS will be conducted at NPS. Years 1-3 will consist of experimentation using a single decision maker with and without the PDS, navigating under uncertainty. Year 4 will investigate the PDS in the context of team decision making in multi-domain battle management. The goal of this project is to develop software that will aid in Navy-relevant missions that need to be carried out with varying levels of uncertainty (e.g., ship/helicopter/UAV/submarine in routing and multi-domain battle management). The current IRB protocol will be for Experiment 2.
