Summary	The purpose of this research is to understand the mobile communications infrastructure and investigate the business models applied in that context. In particular, the economic strategies used in the mobile communications industry to achieve profit must be understood from the perspective of possible infrastructure leverage points at which security procedures, services, and configurations may be added for use within the DoD enterprise.
