Summary	The objective of the proposed educational activity is for the ECE department at NPS to offer three courses to students at the National Security Agency (NSA)/ National Cryptologic School (NCS) facility in Maryland during the winter and spring quarters and 2 courses during the summer quarters of FY2018. This work will cover instruction and includes travel.
