Summary	On October 25, 2011, NPS received an annual minimum royalty payment on the partially exclusive patent license agreement entered into with PNI Sensor Corporation in March 2011. The license extends to two issued US patents. Five current or former NPS employees are named inventors on the licensed patent properties and each has a respective claim to a pro-rata portion of the payment as specified in 15 USC §3710(c) in accordance with the prior assignment of certain individual rights to the licensed properties.
