Summary	Proposal objective to provide an objective critical review of the draft Systems Engineering Plan (SEP) for the Joint Counter Radio-controlled IED Electronic Warfare system (JCREW) acquisition program. Based on current systems engineering best practice in department of defense acquisition and current Navy and Joint instructions, the NPS team will analyze the existing SEP and provide a report detailing its weaknesses with recommended improvements. Areas to be examined include connection with the program's acquisition plan and supporting documents and correct tailoring of the se process itself. This effort includes meeting with stakeholders at NSWC Crane or at Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division at Indian Head, MD.
