Summary | The NASA WB-57 Program provides unique, high-altitude airborne platforms to US Government agencies, academic institutions, and commercial customers in order to support scientific research and advanced technology development and testing at locations around the world. NPS will provide the overall program coordination for NPS missions on WB-57 Aircraft. This shall include, but not be limited to, setting and approving mission requirements and priorities, defining payload configuration, determining mission schedule, and providing requests, and any accompanying documentation, for use of the WB-57F to NASA for NASA’s approval. NPS will also initiate discussions with mission partners across the DoD and DNI. NPS will provide strategic leadership to Mission Partners to support program execution and transition. |
