Summary	Pursuant to agreements reached at the initial curriculum review by the sponsor (OPNAV N9I) of the Systems Engineering Analysis curriculum in June 2008, a MOA was established between N9I and NPS which commits the parties to the promotion of high-quality faculty and student research in Systems Engineering Analysis (SEA) and to the promotion of faculty and student-performed capstone projects which address problems of DoN and DoD concern. This MOA was renewed most recently on 12 June 2012. The Chair of Systems Engineering Analysis was established to provide the NPS leadership and oversight of these activities. The purpose of this proposal is to fund the Chair activities for FY2013.
