Summary	Continue the HSCB Modeling program at NPS. The program will eventually contain four coordinated, mutually supporting lines of operation: Education, Assessment, Performance, and Transition. This year (2011) will focus on Task 2.1: Methods, Models, and Tools for Analysis and Visualization of Social Survey Data for AFRICOM.
