Summary | DSCA seeks to identify workload measures associated with foreign military sales activity that can be used to better define and predict resource requirements. DSCA has invested considerable effort in attempting to identify precisely what measurements have a verifiable relationship to resource requirements; however, to date there has not been an effective model developed to either validate current requirements or to predict future resource requirements based on projected activity levels. |
