Summary | Phase 1. Experimentally verify the heat producing performance of three experiments in which electrolytically co-deposited deuterium and palladium have been shown to produce excess heat as measured by a calorimeter. Analyze the experimental results and design a co-deposition cell core and a calorimeter that could improve the experimental yield of Fleischmann-Pons Effect heat experiments. Phase 2. Produce the selected design, test it and proliferate it to at least two laboratories, refine the design, characterize it in as many laboratories as needed to develop the evidence of its performance and write a paper for a major, peer reviewed scientific instruments journal. |
