Summary	The objective of this collaborative effort is for the United States Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) to design and provide implementation guidance for a situational awareness, command and control network architecture for the State of New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services (NJDHSS). This will provide the State Emergency Preparedness and Response System a viable health command, control and communication system capable of responding to all public health emergencies, act of terrorism and mass casualty incidents.
