Summary	At the request of the U.S. Embassy Moldova, in conjunction with the Moldovan Ministry of Defense, NPS has developed and will deliver courses focused on critical network, energy, and cyber security issues. Mobile Applications is the fifth course to be delivered in the series. The first course was delivered in FY16 and the program will continue through FY20 (pending funding in follow-on years). The course is offered by the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) as the United States Partnership for Peace Training and Education Center (USPTC).
