Summary | This Statement of Work documents specific tasks to be performed by NPS/CIRPAS, through its prime contractor Zivko, in support of The Adaptive Red Team (ART) Technical Support Operational Analysis (TSOA) Activity under the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASAALT). USSOCOM, with NPS association, uses McMillan Airfield and Camp Roberts to field test prototype platforms, payloads and concepts and will use CIRPAS facilities to conduct demonstrations, experiments, research and development. CIRPAS will support USSOCOM and NPS by providing facilities, range coordination, range management and range safety. CIRPAS will provide personnel labor to support these activates for TSOA 14-1, for pre and post TSOA activities. |
