Summary This work will re-architect and re-implement the Logistics Battle Command (LBC) model in order to improve its efficiency, flexibility, and ease of use. The project will utilize an Agile Development Process to design and implement a version that allows non-expert users to easily and quickly create and analyze logistics scenarios. Additionally, the new design will allow LBC to be used as an Application Program Interface (API). This will allow analysts to create new functionality without having to modify the core LBC source code. The new version will have more efficient input and output data, with better utilization of database capabilities. It will also be designed to inter-operate with a separate graphical user interface (GUI) or a web application. All dependencies in the model will be Open Source.
