Summary COMFISCS WNY desires to have faculty and students of the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) to engage in supply chain management research involving topics that are of importance of the Program Executive Office, the Department of the Navy and the Department of Defense. In furthering this objective, funding is requested in the amount of $53K to the NPS in support of research about the use of UID for tracking maintenance assets in the Naval supply chain, and for the development of educational material to disseminate the respective knowledge among NPS students and members of the DoD community.
