Summary | This research enhances the education of U.S. naval officers by teaching them how to frame the right questions, such as: How might DEVOPS augment enterprise cloud systems for METOC? How might modern learning organizations best manifest their agility? How might we best understand our work, our values, and where NPS and STEM fit in? Is there a 'Killer App?' What is the one constant that compels continuously evolution? How might agile principles and DEVOPS impact Learning? Will save NAVY METOC time and money because we'll improve the technical environment, training and assessment for continuous integration of common operational standards and services while exploring new ways to make the agile software process more resilient. |
