Summary	The Center for Asymmetric Warfare / Naval Postgraduate school will collaborate with PACOM and The Vietnam National Committee for Search and Rescue (VINASARCOM) to observe Vietnam exercise on Search and Rescue and Rescue and Disaster Response. Provide subject matter experts relevant to Vietnam laws. rules and Regulations in SAR and disaster response. Support US delegation acquiring a comprehensive understanding of Vietnam structure. Organizations and inter-ministry coordination.
