Summary	The objective of this project is to demonstrate that the Exterior Insulation and Finishing System if applied at the Navy Energy Program can save energy without any significant maintenance and or operation issues and with a simple pay back of less than ten (10) years or significantly lower than the durability of the technology. In addition, this project is designed to conduct a robust evaluation of the energy savings effectiveness and related benefits of the technology.
