Summary	The primary objective is to provide project and technical oversight support to integrate temporal conditions into FLENUMMETOCCEN's OCO GI&S projects. In addition, NPS shall oversee the necessary services and support to integrate software essential to deployment of GI&S services in the field. The OCO technical oversight support work will recommend and implement improvements and updates to the existing GI&S capabilities in order to better integrate into the C2RPC environment and assist in the architectural unification, integration, evaluation, and software modification of geospatial technology and services in support of the most important OCO areas. The program oversight support work will provide government managerial oversight for time and cost scheduling and monitor cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
