Summary	This effort is to provide engineering and technical support to the NASA Engineering and Safety Center (NESC), Guidance, Navigation and Control (GN&C) Technical Fellow and the various activities of the Technical Discipline Team (TDT). This Statement of Work provides direction that encompasses the GN&C TDT membership responsibilities. Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Control and Optimization Laboratories possess unique capabilities for spacecraft GN&C engineering and technology. Membership of the NPS on the GN&C TDT will provide NESC with a new and excellent source of guidance, navigation, and control engineering support sharing its GN&C know-how and lessons learned with the NESC.
