Summary The Master of Master of Science in Contract Management (MSCM-835) and the Master of Science in Program Management (MSPM-836) provide graduate education to the workforces of the DoD, with priority offered to the Department of the Navy, and other federal agencies. The purpose of these programs is to increase the effectiveness of the contract management and program management workforce within the Armed Forces and with organizations supporting the Armed Forces. The online instructional modality offers students a pathway to graduate education when their commands do not have sufficient funding to send their students to the in-resident graduate degree programs offered by the Naval Postgraduate School. These programs are funded on a tuition model, with numerous sponsors providing the tuition funding supporting one or more students. As this proposal includes planned cohorts, the accuracy is dependent upon whether there is sufficient demand and funding support to initiate a planned cohort input. The Budget Proposal indicates the tuition per quarter is $4,500 for all students other than those enrolling in AY22/Qtr4; for new students enrolling in AY22/Qtr4 tuition is $5,000 per quarter. MSCM and MSPM tuition reflects the NPS Distance Learning minimum tuition of $2,250 per course.
