Summary	Under this Distance Learning proposal, PEO CS & CSS and other activities of US Army TACOM, Warren, MI are executing a cohort of the Advanced Acquisition Program (AAP) Phase I-III in FY12-13. The Objective is to provide a cost-effective method to meet acquisition education and training requirements without need for quotas or student travel.
