Summary This proposal includes the following scope of work:
I. Act as principal analysis agent for FORCEnet experimentation.
II. Utilize the FORCEnet analytic framework (OPNAV and NAVNETWARCOM) and the FORCEnet Functional Concept as the basis for FORCEnet analytic efforts.
III. Archive all FORCEnet experimentation data and results in the FORCEnet Innovation Research Enterprise (FIRE) and make FIRE data queries available to the FORCEnet community.
IV. Closely coordinate with NAVNETWARCOM to feed results from FORCEnet Sea Trial experimentation into the FORCEnet POM assessment and NCDP process conducted by OPNAV.
V. FORCEnet HSI Analysis Lead, coordinating efforts with SPAWAR and PSE.
VI. FORCEnet Process Modeling and development of modeling methods to support Trident Warrior initiatives.
VII. Data collection planning for execution of Trident Warrior 06
VIII. MSEL development for Trident Warrior 06
IX. Scenario development for Trident Warrior 06
X. Reporting of results, and assisting in Operational Agent Assessment and Military Utility Assessment.
