Summary | The 711th Human Performance Wing/Human Performance Office (HPW/HPO) provides Human Systems Integration (HSI) expertise to the US Air Force. Due to a base realignment and closure (BRAC) decision, the organization is in the process of relocating from Brooks City-Base, TX to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH. Few members of the 711th civilian workforce have chosen to relocate. As a result, the relocated 711th organization must hire and train new HSI practitioners. The 711th leadership has contacted the NPS HSI faculty and request that we conduct a one-week HSI workshop on site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This proposal outlines preparation and execution of the workshop. |
