Summary	The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) is the Navy's center of excellence for academic research for information sciences, modeling & simulation and Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) training. NPS through its formal engagement with the Web3D Consortium has played a key role in the development and implementation of the International Standards Organization (ISO) Extensible 3D standard for 3D graphics. EXWC EX's RDT&E work will be leveraging the X3D data standard, and will benefit from technical support provided by NPS to develop reach back TTPs for transmitting site assessment data and models securely from theater to shore decision makers.
