Summary | This 5-day workshop is directed at senior level ministerial personnel tasked with managing UN reimbursements to Troop Contributing Countries (TCC’s). This workshop will demonstrate international best practices required for deployable contingents to operate on a revenue neutral/positive status. The workshop is designed to enable participants to enhance their knowledge of effective reimbursement management to ensure selection probability, self-sustainability, and increased redeployment capability on UNPKO missions. This workshop is a follow-on engagement to a 2015 workshop designed to set and observe a baseline for these skill-sets. Institutionalized capacity will be observed which will inform best practices for designing a multi-phase FRLM program that can be offered to any UNPKO deploying TCC. |
