Summary | The primary objective of the IEVAP is to enhance operations at the Baghdad Correctional Facility (BCCF) by expediting and improving the visitation process at the BCCF and thereby contributing to the security mission and the overall management of the detention facility and the detainees. Reducing the necessity for travel by visitors to schedule meetings with detainees at BCCF and easing access to detainees on the day of visitation. Providing a method of generating a voice biometric database that will be of potential intelligence value in combating the insurgency in Iraq. |
