Summary	On March 21, 2011 NPS received an annual minimum royalty payment on a new partially exclusive patent license agreement entered into with PNI Sensor Corporation in March 2011. Five current or former NPS employees are named inventors on the licensed patent properties and each has a respective claim to a pro-rata portion of the payment as specified in 15 USC 3710(C) in accordance with the prior assignment of certain individual rights to the licensed properties.
