Summary	This customized program is designed to give the new Commander and senior leadership of Commander, Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center a good ?lift off? in their ability to work together, align themselves on strategic issues, create a culture of effective teamwork across the command, and to effectively communicate their strategic direction internally and externally. In addition, by incorporating a tailored Strategic Planning for Execution: Assessment and Risk into the program drives the commander and team to develop action plans that achieve the command's strategic lines of efforts.
