Summary | This two week course will provide participants with an understanding of the important concepts and key considerations associated with defense acquisition management. International best practices are discussed along with the challenges of implementation. Course lectures are augmented with a case study and working group exercises. Improvement of defense acquisition management systems in the participant nation will enhance the U.S. Government’s security sector objectives at the national and regional level. Additionally, this course will help build the intellectual capital of the Naval Postgraduate School faculty confirmed to support this effort. |
