Summary	This project delineates the work to be done by the Naval Post-Graduate School (NPS) in the areas of 8th-Layer and predictive modeling research. Those areas offer an opportunity for NPS to collaborate with TrellisWare Technologies. As applicable, NPS will work with TrellisWare Technologies on the design, development, and integration of the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory's (MCWL) Network Management System-Tactical Mobile Ad-Hoc Networking (NMS-TM) initiative.
