Summary	The objective of this project is to provide courses to sponsors on the Distance Learning basis. The courses offered are specifically in Electrical and Computer Engineering and they lead to a number of degrees ranging from Academic Certificates to fully ABET accredited MSEE. This proposal specifies the modality of delivery, the cost per course per student and the modality for reimbursements by the sponsors.
