Back Prepare Concept of Operations for the Conduct of Maritime Awareness Experimentation in Philippines

In concordance with the Funding requirements the NPS students will participate in the BK12 MDA demonstration as an tactical advisor, observer and communications facilitator via a TrellisWare Radio system provided by NPS. As part of the observation the NPS students will be providing tactical knowledge and experience in Radar Maritime Detection and Tracking and applying the experience in assisting in developing tactics, techniques, and procedures for the utilization of High Frequency Doppler Radar for MDA.
In conjunction with the exercise the NPS students will assisting in providing coordination between HFDR tracking, AIS tracking and Stalker UAS operations to create a coherent tactical picture.
