Summary	This project continues the work done by the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in the areas of 8th-Layer and predictive modeling research. Those areas offer an opportunity for NPS to collaborate with TrellisWare Technologies. As applicable, NPS will work with TrellisWare Technologies on the design, development, and integration of the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory's (MCWL) Network Management System - Tactical Mobile Ad-Hoc Networking (NMS-TM) Initiative. The design elements for NMS modeling include Management Information Base (MIB) and the "heat map" type graphical user interface for predictive allocation of ad hoc mobile nodes.
