Summary | The principle investigator will develop the methodology, and recruit a graduate student with security clearance to collect data and feed parameters into the model. A research professor specializing in statistics will help resolve any statistical issue when analyzing data. The model and the solution algorithms will be implemented in commercially available software, which will allow end users to enter model parameters to produce ready-to-use communications protocols in practice. |
