Summary | The purpose of this proposal is to continue the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) coordination and execute of a project designed to demonstrate the scalability and effectiveness of proven field collaboration methodology to rapidly explore new capabilities and concepts for requirements generation, refinement and validation in a pre-acquisition environment leading to reduced risk and accelerated deployment of future capabilities. This work is viewed as a continuation of the FY-12 experimentation project of the same name and is intended to further develop the ability to tailor events to meet specific COCOM (Combatant Commands) and interagency perspectives in the respective areas of responsibility. |
