Summary	Mr. David Beard will present Ethics, Character and a Moral Perspective On Leadership to attendees at the 2-day NAVAIR Acquisition Professional O-6 Selectee Seminar. Nominally there are 25-40 attendees. These individuals have recently been selected/promoted to O-6 level. The purpose of the seminar is to better equip attendees with knowledge and awareness of their responsibilities in new, much more responsible and challenging positions. Modules within the seminar are briefed by Flag Officers and subject matter experts from within the acquisition community. Flag officer perspectives include discussions/expectations on leadership. For the past 5 years the seminar has concluded with "Ethical Leadership"
