Summary	The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) will assist the sponsor in establishing a robust SOMI community of interest. It is envisioned that establishing this community of interest will enable the sponsor to focus and leverage a disparate community of researchers and performers and will support the development of a national framework for advancing multi-INT research and development, and, ultimately, realize “true” multi-INT capabilities for the nation. NPS will assist the sponsor in this effort by providing technical expertise and leadership advice in forming the SOMI community and its related efforts.
