Summary	The Naval Postgraduate School will provide academic content, applicable frameworks and practical exercises for the Mobile Education Team (MET) Seminar on "Cyber Operations" MASL #P309370 in Manila, Philippines. This seminar was coordinated with the USPACOM J6 and the JUSMAG team in Philippines. The United States Navy established the MASL number. Approximately 70 participants from the Philippines military and MoD/DICT civilian workforce are expected to attend the IDT MET.
