Summary	The Cyber Software project will deliver a non-severable software collection of security tests and corresponding hardening techniques for an open source industrial machine control protocol. The development of the proposed software collection should take advantage of rapid prototyping techniques and involve non-traditional DoD developers working in parallel with Dept of the Navy programmers and developers in a development event often referred to as a hackathon.
