Summary	NPS effort will build upon both the FY15 and FY16 studies by developing a warfighting training system that prepares officers and sailors to leverage the web fires concepts matured by Phase I and II efforts and as proposed by the Navy’s developing concepts for cross domain operations. It will be integrated into the NPS Warfare Innovation Continuum “Strengthen naval power at and from sea”.
