Summary	Naval forces have expressed a need to operate a more team-based, flexible, and agile way. What is missing are diagnostic assessments and metrics necessary to define, assess, and provide feedback to leaders -- all necessary to accelerate learning and movement towards these goals. Our study is designed to address these gaps.
