Summary	The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS)-Distributed Information Systems Experimentation (DISE) group is pleased to offer this proposal to support the US Air Force Advanced ISR Capabilities Office (AF A2Q) request to continue the development, testing, and National Security Agency (NSA) Type I certification of the 13 Communication's Net-T technology as part of the Purple Remote Access Internet protocol Network (RAIN) initiative. In addition, the NPS/DISE Group will provide its Joint Battlespace Awareness ISR Integration (JBAlIC) Test Bed infrastructure and experimentation personnel to serve as the focal point for Field Experimentation and Analysis for the development of Net-T in conjunction with Purple RAIN initiative.
