Summary | Approximately 40 participants from the Armed Forces, ANEPE, as well as various Ministries are expected to attend the CMR MET. The MET aims to assist the host-nation develop and implement security and defense policies, in particular policies aimed at improving or enhancing the representation of the prospects for Civil-Military Relations-including strategic security and strategic defense planning. The seminar will provide theoretical background on defense policy, strategy, strategic communications, and Civil-Military Relations. Examples of lessons learned, practices of strategic development, and developing democracies will be provided. |
