Summary	1. Develop and conduct a real-time test of CIIPOE technology within an operational maritime environment. 2. Evaluate benefits of the technology in an operational scenario to test the CIIPOE technology and methodology vs. standard practice in critical response and preparedness. 3. Develop the framework and draft After Action Reviews (AAR) on the tool operation and results after the testing; document the capabilities and limitations.
