Summary	The PI and invited subject matter experts will convene a conference at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA in June 2008 to make a comprehensive net assessment of global counter-proliferation efforts since 2000. It will follow up on topics covered during past conferences, examine the successes and failures of US and international policies, and draw conclusions about the future of proliferation and counter-proliferation with respect to modem-day challenges.
